How an Air Conditioner Works

Being under perfect conditions, outdoor components of your AC unit (the condenser) work the same way the heat dissipating on your laptop does. It takes the hot air, that has been absorbed from indoor component (the evaporator), and disperses it outside of your house. As you run your air conditioner more in the summer months, the part of the system that carries the hot air from the evaporator to the condenser is left vulnerable. Things like all kinds of dust, pollen, dirt, and pet dander. This component is called the coil. Its effectiveness is vital to the energy efficiency of your air conditioner.
